Physio for Runners

After a few experiences with physiotherapists who never really got to the bottom of my hip pain, I contacted Dawn as I was convinced that the pain was due to my running style. Once I made contact, Dawn advised me to visit her for physio before going on to look at my running technique…and I am very glad that she did!

After several physio sessions, an intensive running course and follow-up stretches to complete for homework, my hip is the happiest it has been for over a year and I have her to thank for that!

I absolutely love Dawn’s approach and philosophy to physio and have recommended her to several colleagues and friends who have found her just as brilliant!
