Activities you’ll love, either on your mat or in the great big, green outdoors. Fun, challenging and somewhat different event to enable you to enjoy, connect and share together!
Liberate more from your running! A small-group course for runners who wish to improve their running! We delve into every aspect of your running, and translate these into more powerful running, helping you to reach your goals, and do so without pushing harder and harder…
But really our main aim is for you to enjoy discovering different and beneficial ways to move and to have some fun exploring along the way! : )
“Makes such a difference to how you feel when you run, with immediate effect.”
NB. This course will be rearranged when we’re all able to get-together again. In the meantime, stay safe, and Stay Connected so that we can let you know when Accessing Running Magic is, well, up and running again!

Our Flagship Running Event – The Farmhouse Five
“I would just like to say thanks for organising such a fantastic event.” MLH, British
Celebrating women runners of all abilities on Mothering Sunday, the Farmhouse Five for Females is a 5 mile multi-terrain race of women runners of all abilities taking place on Mothering Sunday.
Based from the stunning barn at Lux Farm, in Suffolk and following the fabulous footpaths of the Fynn Valley, the Farmhouse Five has an unusual ‘reverse start’ so that all ‘Running Goddesses’ get to be in the lead!
A really family-friendly day while celebrating women doing what they love best and raising pots of gold in the process with our huge charity raffle for the Ipswich’s Lighthouse Women’s Aid.
“Thank you for bringing us the Farmhouse Five. It has inspired me to run and keep running…!! Your enthusiasm and inclusiveness is a very special thing. Thank you.” EB, British
